10 On The 10th Of April: Would You Rather & Spring Break

The Husband and I are away visiting with our daughter so I’d planned to just post an “out of the office” message today. However, when I got the notice about the “April 10 On The 10th” questions from Marsha, I decided to add a little more meat to the content.

If you’re unfamiliar with the monthly 10 On The 10th prompt, I’ll clue you in. It’s a fairly simple ask of the participants. All they need to do is provide their answers to a list of 10 questions on the 10th day of the month on a topic chosen by Marsha, who is the prompt’s current caretaker.

Follow Marsha’s blog and you’ll get an email when she posts the topic and questions a few weeks ahead of time. Not a lot of effort needs to go into answering them nor do you need to have a blog. You can join in by answering the question in the comments to Marsha’s 10 On The 10th post.

Below are the “Would You Rather” questions posed by Marsha followed by my answers.

Would you rather wear clothes made of feathers or clothes made of flower petals? I’m going to go with feathers because who wouldn’t like a bit of plumage.

Would you rather listen to birds chirping or frogs croaking? I find the sounds of frogs croaking to be much more soothing and far less shrill than most bird chirps.

Would you rather vacation on a remote yet tropical beach or near a thriving city? I live near a beach so I’d much rather vacation in or near a city with a variety of places to see and explore.

Would you rather have Peeps in your Easter/holiday basket or jellybeans? Peeps aren’t bad but I’m a jellybean gal through and through.

Would you rather spend a day planting seeds or a day at the beach? Even though I live near a beach, I’m picking “a day planting seeds”. However, we have no outdoor space so that’s not likely to happen any time soon even though I’d so like to have a garden.

Would you rather grow green grass or grass of a color of your choosing? Green seems like a perfectly nice color for grass so why mess with it.

Would you rather wear sandals with socks or sandals with hosiery? I haven’t tried either but I like the look of tights with sandals so I’ll pick hosiery.

Would you rather have flowers for fingers or flowers for toes? Um, fingers I guess.

Would you rather do the chicken dance or the bunny hop? Chicken dance, I guess. Requires less exertion.

Would you rather be a caterpillar or a tadpole? No brainer, a caterpillar of course.

As I said at the start of this post, I’m “out of the office” so I’m skipping the link-up this week. I hope that you’ve all had/are having a lovely Spring break and any associated holiday celebrations. Right about now, I’ve probably had enough matzah to last me until next year.
