We’re now in the twilight of summer. Labor Day has passed, almost all schools are back in session, and we are being bombarded by visions of Fall in fashion magazines and advertisements. As we eke out the last days of Summer and ponder on whether or not we can/should still wear white (to which I say, “I don’t understand the question”), it’s Wednesday again and I’ve got this week’s collection of links on ideas for being stylish, having fun, and celebrating the moment in an “it’s all Fine, Whatever tickles the fancy” manner ready to share with you. In following with the format of the categories on the blog (see them here), for your reading pleasure I now present;
Whatever Hooks The Look
The theme for the Fine-Whatever link up for this coming Saturday (which is the second one of the month) is Up Down All-Around. By day, I have a non-blogging related job that requires a professional appearance so a significant chunk of my wardrobe is geared towards work but many items can do double or even triple duty and be worn for play and/or special occasions as well. By night (and weekend), I’m all the things I can’t be while at work. With that in mind, I started Up Down All-Around as a way to showcase items in my wardrobe that can multitask. These are a few of my previous posts that do that.
Whatever Hustles The Muscle
I’ve got a mixed bag of links for this category from intermittent fasting to reducing cortisol to relieving knee pain.
Whatever Props The Shop
I haven’t been to the store yet to see them in person, but these new Fall items at Ann Taylor are on my wish list.
Whatever Skates The Plate
A few yummy recipes I came across that can help get you back on track to eating more good-for-you things that are easy to make and taste good, too.
Whatever Spins The Grin
Let’s end things this wonderful Wednesday with these little amusements, because who else besides me is looking forward to another season of Dancing With The Stars? And did you know that drinking tequila may have health benefits? Or how about a quick and easy DIY storage project that also adds to your decor?
Those are the whatevers for this week, which one was your favorite?
Let’s connect! Subscribe, tweet, follow, friend, love, pin, stumble … all options are available and waiting for you. I look forward to hearing from you.
